About Serrone & Co.

Louis A. Serrone began his real estate career in 1984. For 25 years, Lou has specialized in the leasing, sale and development of industrial and office properties. In addition, he has managed selected commercial holdings. Lou's real estate knowledge and experience has resulted in him being recognized as one of Kansas City's elite real estate professionals.

Experience:

• 1974-1984: Successful high school and college football coach
• 1984-1999: Employed by Cohen Esrey Real Estate Services, Kansas City's largest commercial real estate and management company, as Industrial Group Manager & Sales Manager
• 1989-1997: Elected as City Councilman for Lenexa, Kansas
• 2000: Launched Serrone & Co. specializing in the development, leasing, sales, and management of selected commercial real estate
• 2000: Developed, leased, and managed Millennium Business Center in Lenexa, Kansas
• 2004: Hired by Block and Co. to assist with industrial developments and brokerage of its newly acquired Millennium Business Park
• 2007-2008: Named as Director of Development for Block & Co.'s Horizon Business Park, a 450 acre, 7.7 million square foot business development (project terminated due to financial markets)
• 2008: Licensed as Certified Real Estate Auctioneer
• 2009: Announced inauguration of Serrone & Co. Real Estate Auctions and Brokerage Services
